• Disclaimer of Warranties. You agree that use of the services is at Users sole risk. The service is provided on as is and on an as available basis. Local Produce Finder expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability for a particular purpose. User will be solely responsible for any damage resulting from any transaction. Local Produce Finder makes no warranties that the service will meet Users requirements; nor does Local Produce Finder makes any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the service or as to the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained from the service.
• No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by user from Local Produce Finder or through or from the service shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein.
